Following a twelve-day trial, obtained a jury verdict which found the General Contractor 100% liable for a construction accident where the plaintiff fell 35’ through a glass floor/fire baffle design system that was concealed by construction dirt and debris at the Resorts World Casino/Aqueduct Racetrack.
After the jury verdict on the liability phase the case settled for a sum in excess of $10MM before the damages phase of the trial. This case involved six years of litigation, including multiple appeals of several labor law issues.
